WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The room was very dirty with a bad smell. Tried to open the balcony door it was full of cigarettes. There were problems with toilet in hall too! Toilet had defekt. I cancelled 3 nights and asked for e refund but this was not possible

Stayed there for two nights while in transit. Easily accessible via the S-Bahn from FRA airport. Late night check in was organized very well, rooms were OK, all worked fine. WIFI and password all worked out fine. They did not offer breakfast at that time due to the virus situation but there are lots of coffee shops around the hotel. For those who require virus testing, there is a testing station very close by. All in all, a very good stay and very good value for money.

I’ve stayed at the hotel Friday and Saturday night in a single room. The people at reception and in the breakfast room are very attentive, helpful and friendly (I am German, no idea about their English skills though). But a smile anyway goes miles in any country. The breakfast at first looks small - but they have a big selection of healthy and also home made style food. They offer European/ American breakfast without the pancakes, but instead they have other nice things, fresh fruits, veggies, different cold cuts, ham, different cheese, a great selection of cereals, joghurt, quark, different types of bread and bread rolls.... you get free wifi, the bathrooms are small but equipped with shower gel and of course towels. The hotel is nice and cozy and the rooms are warm in winter (easy to adjust). I will come again if I come to Frankfurt again. All what is said on their homeoage with regards to distances fits perfectly - all sightseeing things are a stroll away eg Stadel is a 15 min walk at the Main river bank away. Thank you to the nice hotel team.

The hotel is within easy walking distance from the station, making it good if you need to stop overnight for a connection. However, it is easy to get lost if you turn right too soon. My advice is to follow the tramlines and turn right only after passing the little park on the right. The breakfast bar has some very tasty options including pastries, a toaster and scrambled egg. When I went, they had decorated the area with squirrels.

Good hotel even for long stays

Stayed in this Hotel in June for more than 2 weeks with my family of 2 adults and 2 children. Had booked a triple standard and were given a free upgrade to triple comfort room. Thanks to the management! It's a small hotel with simple designed rooms that have no air conditioning. To our luck, the triple comfort room had direct sunlight only in the second half of the day and the small, old and noisy ventilator was striving to manage the air streams... The most unpleasant experience regarding our room was that it had an emergency exit that was accessible from the corridor of the adjacent "wing" of the hotel. The hotel has to make sure there is a sign on the door in the corridor that clearly states: "Emergency exit". Its absence was the reason other guests were using this area under our windows as a smoking and chatting area... Overall, the breakfasts were good for a three star hotel. The staff was doing their best to replenish the freshly baked bread, croissant baskets and fruit plates on high occupancy days. The Hotel is located close to the central train station, Main river and is easily accessible through public transport having a very short walking distance. The surrounding area is calm and the only unpleasant noise you can hear in nights is from the ambulance/firefighters rushing on nearby main streets. Overall, the service you get is quite good comparable to the price of stay (we had good discount for a long stay and early booking). Small service improvements can make the stay even better.
